Design for Manufacture
We have experience making parts using a broad range of processes including metal machining, lamination of composites such as carbon fibre, injection moulding and rapid manufacturing processes such as 3D printing.
Design for Assembly and Operation
We take care to consider the full lifecycle of your product; how it will be assembled, lifting strategies, transport, operational access, removal and decommissioning. We can produce the required documentation to support activities and substantiate in line with regulatory requirements e.g. LOLER and PUWER.
Manufacturer Interfacing
We have a large list of approved suppliers and can recommend a supplier based on your products requirements. We can tap into this resource early to get Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) costs for parts to inform the design process.
